Michael A. DeCataldo

CPA/PFS, CFP®, MST, Managing Member

Michael DeCataldo is a founder and the managing member of SK Wealth Management, L.L.C., and the managing partner at Sansiveri, Kimball & Co., L.L.P. (SK&Co), certified public accountants and business advisors. Since 1983, he has been advising SK&Co clients in the areas of tax, accounting and financial planning. Michael specializes in advising high net-worth individuals and closely held corporations in the areas of retirement, estate, gift, financial and business-succession planning.

Michael provides comprehensive financial planning and investment advisory services. He works with clients to establish a financial blueprint to address their goals and objectives, incorporating their individual tax, estate and retirement planning needs. He stresses proper asset allocations and the construction of a balanced, well-diversified portfolio, tailored to clients' specific goals and objectives. Michael is a member of the SK Wealth Management Investment Committee.

Michael also offers sound analysis of the current tax environment to provide his business clients with maximum opportunities for minimizing tax liabilities. He also works closely with clients to address compliance issues involving the Internal Revenue Service.
